Shipping Policy
Please expect about a week from the time you place your order until your order is ready. The process takes time and we get pretty busy. Once you place your order, we order the blank shirt, wait for it to come in, print it, then either put it in our pickup bin or ship it out. Shipping will add a few days to the process.
We offer several options for shipping. You can choose USPS Ground Advantage which usually takes about 3-5 days to get to you. You can choose USPS Priority Mail which usually takes 2-3 days to get to you.
...and if you're really in a rush, we offer USPS Express Mail which usually takes 1-2 days to get to you.
We also ship internationally.
*Deliveries will only be made to the school associated with the spirit shirt. If an order is placed with a different school delivery than the designated school for the sale, the delivery will be changed to DTB Bin.
*For orders from multiple schools, please place separate orders for each school. If the school you are shopping for is not available at checkout, it means only DTB Pick Up is currently available for that item.
*We do not split orders; your order will be held until the last shirt is ready. If you are ordering an event day shirt, please keep it separate from other items to ensure timely completion for the event.
*If the student's name section is left blank, the order will not be delivered to the school.
